We recently submitted an application to Milton Keynes City Council for planning permission for the subdivision of an existing residential plot and erection of a new dwelling with outbuildings. 

Located adjacent to a Scheduled Ancient Monument, the application proposals needed to be particularly sensitive in design, and the application supported by a Heritage Impact Assessment as well as robust Planning Statement.  The site is also within close proximity to an identified Great Crested Newt (protected species) population, and therefore Ecology Assessments were also required.
