Pyne Planning has obtained planning permission from Milton Keynes City Council for the subdivision of an existing plot and erection of a new, self-build dwelling on the edge of a Scheduled Ancient Monument and where ecological constraints required coordination and negotiation to obtain the requisite protected species licences.

Given the time pressures of the applicant to begin construction work, we negotiated on the wording of the planning conditions to reduce the number of pre-commencement requirements, and we have subsequently been instructed to assist with the Discharge of Conditions applications.
