Pyne Planning has successfully obtained a Certificate of Lawful Use from Buckinghamshire Council, demonstrating that a former residential annexe, conditioned for use only by associated family members, has been occupied as its own dwellinghouse, and therefore a separate planning unit, for the requisite time period to have been lawful and immune from enforcement action. The Certificate was essential to our client’s sale of the property.
