Pyne Planning were instructed by a private health care provider to facilitate their occupation of a unit in an existing mixed-use building, by amending a planning condition attached to the building’s operative planning permission which restricted opening hours.
We successfully argued that the extended opening hours would allow greater flexibility to patients, and therefore be beneficial to the local community and wider Government ambitions related to healthcare, whilst demonstrating that there would be no adverse traffic or noise impacts. Planning Permission was received promptly from the London Borough of Barnet, with no objections received.
