Pyne Planning is run by Sarah Pyne MRTPI, a chartered town planning consultant based in Oxfordshire.  In 2023 I decided to form this company with the desire to help you navigate the world of planning permission.

Through a number of roles across London and the South East I have gained experience of all aspects of the planning system, across a number of industries / sectors, including householder, residential, commercial, retail and leisure.

The wide and varied range of projects that I have worked on have led me to understand the acute challenges and complexities faced when trying to achieve planning permission.
