Sarah Pyne MRTPI

  Hi, I’m Sarah. I’m a Chartered Town Planner, with over 10 years’ experience in consulting. I graduated with a BA Honours degree in Urban Studies & Planning and an MPlan masters degree both from the University of Sheffield. I have been a chartered member of the Royal Town Planning Institute since 2016.

I’ve gained a wide range of experience during consultancy roles in London, Essex and more recently Hampshire, although I’ve worked on projects nationwide.

These projects/clients include; householder projects for homeowners, commercial projects for national supermarket chains, warehousing & distribution for a global online retailer, new residential projects large and small & even some more unusual projects in the leisure & tourism industries. 

This experience has led me to form Pyne Planning, with a desire to help people navigate the complex and often daunting planning process.
