During the normal course of business, we currently collect and process the following information. Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

· For us to be able to pay invoices

· Where it is necessary to perform our contract with you – in other words if we were unable to collect Personal Data from you it would not be possible for us to deliver a service to you.

We use the information that you have given us in order to provide you with our products and services (please note that without your personal information, we would not be able to enter into a contract with you), Tailoring our products and services to you, reply to communications, Market Research.

We may share this information with Local Planning Authorities as part of an application or pre-application process, To law enforcement and regulatory agencies in connection with any investigation to help prevent unlawful activity or as otherwise required by law.

Your information is securely stored. 

We do not keep personal information for longer than we need it and maintain a detailed retention policy recording the periods of time categories of information are retained taking into account the reasons that we hold the data and our legal and regulatory obligations. 

We will then dispose your information by removing electronic data from our systems, physical data will be destroyed through a secure data service.
